Our research work is closely related to nucleic acid development, including deoxyribonucleic acid and ribonucleic acid. Our research is at the forefront of bioorganic chemistry and chemical biology. Our goal is to develop new diagnostic strategies and technical studies for major diseases. Current research directions include:
1. Design, synthesis and activity of anti-tumor drug candidates targeting telomerase.
2. Design, synthesis and activity study of anti-tumor drug molecules targeting nucleic acids.
3. Intervention and influence of chemical small molecule probes on telomere DNA structure, biological activity and related signal transduction.
4. Design, synthesis and biological activity studies of inducible nucleic acid crosslinkers.
